MCC – Multi Crew Cooperation Cooperation Course

The MCC is also one of the mandatory courses to be attended before becoming an airline pilot. During this training the candidates learn how to work in a team (the crew). As all airline aircraft are flown by, at least two pilots, good and efficient teamwork is crucial for safe operation.

Our MCC is specially designed according “type rating” model and thus provides the best possible introduction to the real airline operation philosophy. It also represents the culmination of the entire training as it exercises all the elements learned before.

Good performance on MCC course requires high level of knowledge, good IFR flying skills, flexibility, good communication skills and friendly attitude. MCC performed with us contains deep theoretical preparation including initial CRM and FNPT II practical simulator training providing perfect balance for effective learning.

Therefore this course is a very good final preparation for the future airline pilots.

The enlistment conditions in order to begin the MCC course are:

  • CPL - Commercial Pilot License;
  • ATPL theory completed;
  • IR / ME completed;
